What is the dictionary definition of a procrastinator? It is one who delays, defers action, puts off until another day. At some point in our lives all of us have probably procrastinated over something we needed to do. This is human nature.
And…it is especially true if the task to be done is disagreeable.
Have you ever noticed that we somehow find time to do those things which we enjoy much easier that we find time to do things we dislike doing? In reality, once we get the disagreeable items finished and out of the way the agreeable items become much more enjoyable.
This is so because we no longer have those nagging thoughts about things left undone. Our minds are clear to enjoy the pleasanter things we wish to do.
Perhaps the greatest cause of procrastination is fear. We put off doing that which we fear. In some aspects fear is very similar to worry. Think back through most of the things about which you worried and you will find they never came to pass. It was needless worry on your part.
In a similar vein, when you face those things you fear you will find that the fear fades away as a fog during the morning sunshine. Other than fear of things which are life threatening, fear is of no value. The only substance it has is that which we give it of our own accord. Fear has been aptly called False Evidence Appearing Real. It only exists when we give it reality.
What is the point of this article? It is to face your fears and they will disappear. Admit when you are procrastinating about doing something and just go ahead and get the thing done and remove it from your thoughts.

Introducing the Quick Way to Internet Profits. At Last! You can discover the closely guarded secrets to Internet profits the quick way. To find out how to do it now, go to: http://www.traffictoyoursite.com/quickway.html
Providing a newsletter for your opt-in list subscribers provides
many benefits in terms of driving traffic into your site as well
as boosting the sales and profits of your site and company. This
is a marketing ploy that will not hugely dent your marketing
budget and will not also require many man-hours in developing
this project.
With a newsletter, you can inform the public about your company
and products as well as services. You can keep them posted and
updated about what’s going-on with your company as well as many
of your promotions and offerings. With these, you keep on
reminding your subscribers that you are still here and is
willing to offer them good deals and services.
Newsletters also allow you to impress your subscribers. It can
show your expertise and knowledge about the topic at hand and
the many benefits you can offer them. When you impress people,
they will become potential customers and another great thing is
that they can recommend you to their friends, colleagues and
family. All of them could very well be customers in the future.
If you do not have a newsletter or publishing one for your site,
then you may have to consider about researching and be well
informed on how to publish one. It is not as easy as it seems
but if and when you get the right idea and process, it will be
smooth sailing from there on. Try to take the time to learn what
you need to learn and get that newsletter ready and good to
attract subscribers to your newsletter as well as traffic to
your site.
In the next few paragraphs, I will provide you with some things
to reflect on when you decide to start your own newsletter for
your site. Here are five things to consider when publishing a
newsletter.
1) Make sure that the content of your newsletter pertains to and
closely associated with your business or the theme of your site.
Do not dwell too far on what could be regarded as your field of
expertise. You have started a site and your theme for your site
will always be something you are knowledgeable about. For
example; if you have a site that sells auto car parts, your
newsletter must contain articles or content like photos that
pertain to cars, auto parts and such. You may also include
content about your company and your staff.
Remember that visitors of a certain site are there because they
are interested in what the site has to offer. If they sign up
for an opt-in list or for a newsletter this means that they want
to be updated for that certain theme or subject. Be sure that
when you publish your newsletter you are providing for the need
of the subscriber as well as their interests.
2) Ensure that you have well written, information riddled and
content rich articles. You articles will be the body of your
newsletter and that they should be able to excite your readers
as well as provide information. Articles should be well written
and checked for errors such as spelling and grammatical errors
for it to look professional and believable. The trust of your
client to you and newsletter is at stake here.
3) Fact-check your articles. Make sure that you provide true
facts and figures so that your reputation as an expert and
knowledgeable in that field is not questioned. If you lose the
trust of your subscribers these may persuade them to unsubscribe
to your newsletter. You will lose many potential sales this way.
4) Provide fresh and new articles that can provide new
information to your subscribers. If you publish stale and old
news in your newsletter, there is a tendency that people or your
subscribers already have read and known about them. This will
lose their interest in your newsletter and they wont get to read
what is most important, your ads. They may not open or read any
of your succeeding newsletters losing your intention in writing
and publishing newsletters, to get them to visit your site and
make a purchase.
5) Never use copyrighted materials such as photos and articles.
This is outright plagiarism, you may get into a lot of trouble
for this. You can lose your business and get sued over copyright
infringement. If you do not have the time to write your own
articles, there are many willing and able professional article
writers that can do it for you for a reasonable fee. All your
investment in writing and publishing articles will be well worth
it when you see your list build up and your traffic increasing.
When a dog begs, whether its at the dinner table or when folks are snacking around the super-bowl, it can be very annoying not only to you but to your guests also. If you step back and take a look at what leads to begging it is quite simple. Begging starts when someone offers a dog a taste of “people food”.
The number one rule is; DO NOT reward the behavior. This is easiest to begin if you are starting with a new puppy, but you can do things with older, more established dogs. Basically if you offer a dog a taste of whatever it is that you are eating while it is staring with those sad eyes, it will become an addiction that is very difficult to break. I realize that it is very tough to not give your best friend something that you find scrumptious. After all, this is your most loyal companion. (Don’t tell your spouse this, rule number 2)
Coupled with the number one rule is; DO NOT give your dog “people food”. If you follow this advice alone it will avoid the problem from developing in the first place. You must also not resort to dipping into the dog treat bag to reward a begging behavior. This will create the addiction just as well as people food will. Following guidelines such as this will lead to a inherent type of “lifestyle” dog training that will make things much easier for you and your dog.
Another good reason to avoid people food is that you will not risk giving your dog something that is potentially toxic which can lead to complications or death. A few examples of foods that are dangerous to dogs are: garlic, onions, pork, chocolate, grapes, raisins, heavily salted foods and walnuts. Chocolate can be the most dangerous depending upon how much is ingested per the size of the dog. It is not the chocolate itself that can produce problems, but Theobromine. Theobromine is an alkaloid compound that is harmless to humans but can be deadly to dogs. It is known to cause seizures and cardiac arrythmia in high enough concentrations.
Also avoid chicken, turkey or beef fat, since large amounts of these can bring on acute pancreatitis in your dog. It is a miserable illness to witness, and I have seen it cut the life short of a wonderful schnauzer at ten years old. (It raided the garbage can of chicken fat) Check out the book referenced in the previous paragraph for what to do in such occurrences.
The commercial dog foods that I prefer are Hill’s Science Diet. They have a wonderful range of “stage of life” foods for dogs (puppy, adult, senior) as well as foods geared toward specific lifestyles. (Sensitive stomach, Arthritic, Dental Formulas, etc…) The Science Diet foods tend to be less “moist” and seem much better to me and all dogs I’ve experienced seem to love it. I use the dental treats when I do choose to engage in reward training.
If your dog already has the begging response engrained within it, you can still break the habit but it will take some time and patience. If your dog is a chronic beggar, do not let it near the dinner table when you and/ or your family are having meals. You can try giving your dog it’s food while you are eating (feed it in a different room), but this will require you synchronize your dog’s meal schedule(s) with yours.
Keep your dog in a separate area from your dining area for several weeks and gradually try letting the dog roam free as you eat your meals. If the begging behavior re-0ccurs, simple say NO! sternly and gently place the dog back into the separation area. Never hit or be violent with your dog, since this can lead to aggressive behavior. You can also stress “keywords” such as LIE DOWN as you place the dog in it’s separation area. After awhile, your dog will surprisingly start to obey the keyword phrase and retreat to the area in which you’ve trained her to stay while you enjoy your meals.
If you are having parties and prefer that your dog not beg (given it is a beggar) simply practice the same techniques as mentioned above for several weeks and you will start to see behavioral changes. If you are having guests that you suspect may not prefer the companionship of canines, you may wish to keep your dog separated from the engagement altogether, eliminating the problem completely.
In summary, if you are starting fresh with a puppy, you should have no problem with begging if you stick to the number one rule of not rewarding begging behavior/NO people food. If you are dealing with the problem with an established dog, the dog training advice in this article will certainly help as long as you practice patience, understanding and have a stick with it attitude.

People who get results are high impact leaders. They are consistent, explicit and concise and they command a presence when they walk into a room. They have enough charisma to turn the dullest moment into a high-energy event. When they move on, others want to go with them. Their openness and honesty creates a legacy which people admire and look up to. They gain commitment and foster trust.
Most of us are not born leaders. However, a good percentage of us long to become leaders of men and make deep connections in our careers seeking that ultimate leadership position. It may be Sales Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Vice President, CFO or even CEO.
To achieve our leadership objective understanding the Three C’s of Leadership is essential:
• Curiosity
• Creativity
• Commitment
Curiosity
Every successful leader demonstrates a curiosity that would not be satisfied without personal examination of what exactly were the causes of failure to meet expectations. This was validated through NAW’s (National Association of Wholesaler Distributors) research “Profiles in Wholesale Distribution Leadership. http://www.nawpubs.org/orderform.html In this project, individual leadership models differed in their specific approaches. The common thread that linked every model together was their respect for the individual and the willingness and ability to listen with an understanding that embellished their own leadership contribution to the organization. The most obvious similarity between these the seven exceptional leaders interviewed was the fact that they were all curious, creative and committed.
Leadership is about curiosity, scenario planning, strategic planning and calculated risk taking. Effective leaders are excellent listeners that have tremendous questioning skills. The power of influence is often in the question and not in the answers. Effective leaders understand this concept. A common trait found in every successful leader I have ever been associated with is unhesitant curiosity. Curiosity about their markets, their business, their industry, their employees and what it takes to grow, prosper and create competitive advantage.
These leaders have accepted the fact that they may not have all the answers. More importantly, they recognize that they don’t have to have all the answers. Changing a leadership style is not the easiest thing in the world to do. Development of their leadership skills is a continuous process. This process includes:
• Enhancement of their instinctive curiosity and a strengthening of their focus on being a customer driven organization. Service and quality become a way of life within the organization and it is used to support their competitive advantage.
• Taking their vision and redefining it as an end game which challenges their executive team to create a strategic plan to meet this end game.
• The recognition that employees are the most precious asset and backing up that recognition by the willingness to invest profits in the development of these employees.
• Empowerment that is accompanied by the resources necessary to succeed and accountability for results.
• Utilizing a board of directors as a resource while sharing management challenges seeking policy and guidance, incorporating contingency planning and scenario planning as a regular exercise.
Wholesale distribution organizations increasingly are characterized by a large and incredibly complex set of independent relationships between highly diverse groups of people. To be successful, today’s leader must determine how to get active involvement built on a platform of creativity, commitment and curiosity out of their employees.
Creativity
Successful leaders take the time to listen, imagine and investigate numerous alternatives. With the involvement of people they forge creative solutions to difficult problems. They challenge their people to stretch, go beyond their previous boundaries and think outside the box. Successful leaders feed off their people and allow their people to feed off of them. They give credit where credit is due. They give recognition as a means of gaining respect. They believe individuals can make a difference. Through these methods they learn to create new insights and possibilities.
Successful leadership means creating a sense of urgency, getting mutual commitment to action. Action steps are always clearly defined and precise. Often, due to the personification of the leader’s own personality and charisma, employees are eager to leap into action - without forethought. A successful leader recognizes this possibility and takes the necessary steps to avoid this pitfall by teaching precision in planning. They are clear and explicit. They communicate with encouraging clarity that commands ownership by everyone involved in the commitments made.
The successful leader is constantly building advantages into the organizations. The belief is that you don’t always have to be better than your competition but you must be different. This concept demands creativity and innovations.
Commitment
Commitment is critical element to success whether the company is in a growth mode, a stabilizing mode or an acquisition mode or any other type of circumstance. Failure to demonstrate commitment by the leader can have negative consequences that inhibit success. Commitment is essential to developing trust. Trust is necessary to get people to reach down deep inside and give everything they have under the most difficult circumstances.
The reason people follow any leader, especially in the business world, is due to trust. The only way to develop trust is by demonstrating personal commitment to success. Talking to people with respect to gain their respect and demonstrating your personal work ethic is part of your commitment. Their respect is a key ingredient to developing trust. Trust is gained when people think the company cares about their welfare and recognizes the role they play in creating a profit.. People have to think that the company not only cares about their problems but that the leader and the company is committed toward making every effort to solve them.
Employees want to take pride in their leaders. They are eager to give their trust but demonstrating the kind of commitment as a leader that deserves that trust can not be over emphasized. Don’t let the employees down. Commitment to the employees and the company is built around a true concern for the people within the organization. It is based on fairness and consistency.
The effectiveness of a true leader is not measured in terms of the leadership he or she exercises. It is measured in the leadership evoked. It is not measured in terms of power over subordinates but in terms of the power released in subordinates. Leadership is not measured in terms of goals and objectives but it is measured in terms of the accomplishment of others as a result of that leadership. Leadership is not measured in the decisions made, the costs cut, the plans made. It is measured in terms of the growth in confidence, sense of responsibility and acceptance of accountability of the employees that are a result of that leadership.
Leadership and commitment are intertwined. They go together. Leadership and commitment help create solidarity. Solidarity implies a unity within a group that enables it to manifest its strength and exert its influence as a group. Unity implies oneness, especially of what is varied or diverse in its direction or clarity. Unity describes the inner relationships of individual parts making up the whole. It is an achievement that demands the probability of action and leadership. That action, that leadership, if appropriate and precise, leads to trust. Demonstrate your commitment to the company, to your employees and to success in every possible way. Your employees need to know you are committed.
Once these principles are learned and practiced , leverage of these leadership skills to develop the management team is the next step.
“Leadership is easy, just find a bunch of people going in the same direction and jump in front of them”——–Willie Nelson
The true test of a successful leader is that he leaves behind the conviction, the will and the understanding to carry on.
Leaders must make emotional connections with the management team that surrounds them. They must encourage these people to open up, share dialog and reveal dreams. They must teach and mentor. It’s not as easy as Willie Nelson would have you believe. A good leader is not intimidated by the success of others. They encourage others to succeed and help them fulfill their wants and needs. Leveraging leadership helps determine the hidden factors in communication. Understanding inferences and assertions become a key component to understanding people. Curious leaders have high questioning and prospering skills that allow them to drill down to real facts and issues.
Leveraging their leadership allows successful leaders to establish emotional connections, which diminish fear and intimidation. This encourages enthusiasm and cooperation.
Excellence in what you do, continuous improvement aren’t words. They’re a way of life. When you understand that they’re a way of life, then the change that you have in the way you perform is beyond comprehension because you just wind up operating at a different level, and if you can find a way to capture that in the culture of your business, in the culture that you emanate to your people, then as this culture structure changes, you have an opportunity for a superior level of performance. Excellence, and that’s what in the end it’s all about. Excellence breeds a high level of profitability. Chuck Steiner (2003) his NAW interview,
Success depends on more than just “best practice” success drivers. Success demands a superior level of leadershipa level that requires deep commitment. This commitment will not flourish in workplace environments that are still dominated by the “slap & point” or the “carrot and stick” method of management often used in the past.

When you consider that the average successful letter gets about a 0.02% response, Barton clearly leaped past anyone else in his letter writing skills. But what was his secret?
After studying Barton’s letters, books, private memos, speeches, and advertising campaigns, I’ve discovered Barton’s method. I’ve used his technique to write my own letters and I’ve been astonished at the results. One letter got a 20% response. Another nailed a 10% response. Still another is approaching a 97% response (ninety-seven per cent!)! (It, too, is in The Seven Lost Secrets Of Success.)
I will now reveal the technique I’ve been using: Bruce Barton’s “Secret Formula.”
Barton said that good advertising copy (and letters are advertisements) had to be three things: (1) Brief. (2) Simple. (3). Sincere. In an eye-opening essay he wrote back in 1925, Barton said the following:
About Brevity:
“About sixty years ago two men spoke at Gettysburg; one man spoke for two hours. I suppose there is not any one who could quote a single word of that oration. The other man spoke about three hundred words, and that address has become a part of the school training of almost every child.”
About Simplicity:
“I think it might be said, no advertisement is great that has anything that can’t be understood by a child of intelligence. Certainly all the great things in life are one-syllable things — child, home, wife, fear, faith, love, God.”
About Sincerity:
“I believe the public has a sixth sense for detecting insincerity, and we run a tremendous risk if we try to make other people believe in something we don’t believe in. Somehow our sin will find us out.”
Let’s look at these three steps a little more closely.
Brevity. A short letter isn’t necessarily what Barton meant. I’ve read many of his letters and memos. Most of them were so brief they were blunt. But those were not sales letters. When Barton wanted to persuade you to donate money to a good cause or buy something he was selling, his letters were longer, sometimes several pages long. (Again, see that sample letter in The Seven Lost Secrets Of Success.) Barton knew you had to give people a complete explanation before they would buy.
Simplicity. Barton’s letters were always simple and easy to read. He strove for clarity of communication. No big words, long sentences, or convoluted passages. He was clear and direct and conversational.
Sincerity. Barton was always sincere. He once dropped a million dollar advertising account because he didn’t support the client. That sincerity came through in everything he wrote. Readers could pick up on it.
Finally, Barton’s letters were “… phrased in terms of the other man’s interest.” Barton said your letters had to go straight to the reader’s selfish interest. He said the favorite song of every reader is “I Love Me.” As Barton said in 1924, “The reader is interested first of all in himself… Tie your appeal up to his own interests.”
The next time you have to write a sales letter, consider Barton’s formula. It helped him write letters that are still talked about today, and it helps me write letters that are making my clients rich. Now use it and see what the formula will do for YOU!

Those who have chosen to earn degrees as paralegals often wonder what their value to employers may be. Sixty thousand dollars a year is the earning potential for a paralegal with a Bachelor’s degree, that lives in a large city or that works for the federal government. This amount is more than half what the average American brings in, which makes it above average. The largest employers of paralegals are private law firms. However, many insurance companies, banks, corporations, and real estate firms are starting to employ paralegals as well. This creates enormous amounts of career opportunities for those who choose to perform this type of work.
Paralegals specializing in bankruptcy or product liability will enjoy abundant employment opportunities. Companies want paralegals working in house, not overseas; this will make our market grow.
As we have pointed out, the paralegal field will be expanding into the public sector, as well as the private. If you’re looking to invest in your future, an online Bachelor’s degree as a paralegal could be great for you. Many diverse types of businesses will need paralegals, causing this to be an area that is expected to have growth for the next decade. This field is also protected from outsourcing and barely sees the affects of a recession.
Refinancing a mortgage with a poor credit rating can be a difficult task to accomplish. Finding the right lender with the right mortgage offer for you situation requires doing your homework and researching mortgage lenders. Doing your homework will help you avoid common mortgage mistakes and predatory mortgage lenders that prey upon homeowners with poor credit ratings. Here are tips to help you get started.
Clean Up Your Finances
The first step to refinancing your mortgage with poor credit is to clean up your credit. Make sure you are paying your current mortgage on time and have at least six months worth of on time payments before you apply for a new mortgage. Review your credit reports for errors and dispute any errors you find. Pay down the balances on your credit cards, avoid making large purchases, and start saving money. You may be required to pay points to qualify for the new mortgage loan; having money in the bank will allow you to pay points and will look better for your application.
Find the Right Mortgage Lender
If you are a homeowner with a credit score less than 600, refinancing your mortgage with a traditional mortgage lender may not be possible. You will need to find a bad credit mortgage lender. These lenders are also called “subprime” mortgage lenders and specialize in helping homeowners with poor credit refinance their mortgage loans. A mortgage broker may be able to help you find the right bad credit mortgage lender. Brokers have contacts with a variety of lenders and have access to loan offers you might not find on your own.
Shop from a Variety of Loan Offers
Don’t make the mistake of jumping at the first favorable offer you receive. Many homeowners that neglect to compare offers end up overpaying thousands of dollars in finance charges or find themselves stuck with unfavorable loan terms. By researching mortgage lenders and comparing mortgage offers you will be able to avoid a number of common mortgage mistakes. Are you a frustrated parent who sometimes finds it is easier to take the garbage out yourself than to keep nagging your son? Do you wonder what kind of employee he will become since he doesn’t always follow through at home? Is it worth the effort on your part to insist that he do his share? The answer is a resounding Yes!
The lessons of life and self that we want our children to learn in our homes are not only the practical ones, such as making a bed, sewing on a button or cooking a meal. They include intangible benefits as well; it is equally important for children to learn the art of cooperation, the satisfaction of finishing a job, the ease in following a schedule and the value of sticking with a task. Children need to learn those lessons in order to cope successfully with the problems and challenges they will face in life.
The seeds of good judgment, thoughtful consideration for others and self-reliance in all areas of dial family life are most easily planted during a child’s pre-school years, but it is never too late. These values can be reinforced until the child leaves home. It is the responsibility of the parents to teach our children to be contributing citizens. Schools, churches, Girl Scouts, YMCA and other youth organizations only supplement the lessons children receive at home.
A positive identity hinges on positive life experiences. If positive experiences take place in a safe and supportive home, then so much the better. The more success a child experiences, the better he feels about himself and his place in the world, and the more courage he has to try new and different things. When we “en”courage our children to contribute to the good of the family, we give them the gift of courage to make mistakes and to take risks. We focus on their assets and strengths in order to build their feelings of self-worth.
As we teach our children to work, the whole family wins. Children feel greater self-esteem, independence and a sense of belonging. Parents feel relieved of some of the work load, and they feel more confident about their child and his ability to function in the real world. Everybody feels more a part of the team, and the garbage gets taken out!

For years I taught about density as well as the properties of carbon dioxide, though never at the same time. Why it took so long to put the two together, I’ll never know. Here then, are a few demonstrations involving the density of carbon dioxide gas and a flame. These should be done by adults or under careful adult supervision as there is a potential of fire hazard.
I suggest starting by showing that air and carbon dioxide have different characteristics. Hold a lit candle in a glass for a few moments. It keeps burning. Now place a small amount of baking soda in the glass and pour in a bit of vinegar. What do the kids see happening (bubbles) and what do they think is happening (gas is produced)? Now lower the lit candle into the glass and it will go out instantly (the gas does not support the burning of the candle).
For the next part of the demonstration you will need several candles of different height. You will want as many different heights as possible so some candles may be broken, some placed on supports such as candlestick holders, inverted coffee cups, etc. I always hold these candles in place by lighting one and allowing the hot wax to drip onto the surface where I want a candle to be placed. I then place the bottom end of the candle in the wax and allow the wax to harden. The candle will be “glued” in place by the cooling wax. I have the candles / supports placed in the upright aquarium so that one corner remains open.
Now, light all of the candles. The effect should be quite pretty, but that is not the purpose. Place one cup of baking soda in the free corner of the aquarium. To this add two cups of vinegar. The familiar bubbling will occur. By watching the candles, something intriguing will be seen. They will go out, one by one, from the candle closest to the aquarium bottom to the uppermost candle. The reason? The carbon dioxide is more dense than air, therefore it rests below the air in the aquarium. Since it is continually produced, it pushes the air out of the aquarium so that it can remain below it. If enough vinegar / baking soda are added, the aquarium will become brim full of carbon dioxide. To prove this just light another candle and slowly lower it into the aquarium. It will extinguish itself once it gets below the aquarium’s opening. In fact, the carbon dioxide will rest in the aquarium for quite some time, especially if the room is still.
Another demonstration to try is to make a long trough out of V-shaped aluminum foil and use it as a guide for pouring carbon dioxide. Place a candle in a candlestick holder and light it. Place some baking soda and vinegar in a large bottle and let the bottle fill with carbon dioxide. Now, hold the aluminum foil trough so that one end is just above the candle flame. The other end is held higher. If water was added to the trough, it would pour down and extinguish the candle. We are going to do this with the carbon dioxide instead. “Pour” the carbon dioxide from the bottle into the higher end of the trough. The candle flame will flicker and usually extinguish at the lower end of the trough. Why? (The carbon dioxide, being more dense than air, actually does pour down the trough. Once it reaches the other end, it pours out of the trough and over the candle flame. Since the gas does not support combustion, the flame flickers and goes out.) This should re-instill the idea that carbon dioxide is more dense than air, as well as the fact that carbon dioxide does not support combustion.
A final thought… if you have easy access to affordable dry ice, it can be used in place of the baking soda and vinegar. It really is just carbon dioxide gas cooled and compressed into solid form. If you handle it, be sure to use gloves and tongs as it can quickly and easily cause frostbite.

I would say a smile throughout the day keeps doctor away. Undoubtly, laughter is the best medicine as it not only supplies nutrients to the skin but also makes your skin glow. But if the condition of your teeth doesn’t allow you to smile confidently, don’t worry, just read on to learn how to improve the condition of your teeth.
Thanks to your tight schedule and fast lifestyle, you have yellow teeth which not only affects your confidence but also puts off the other person. But with the help of modern dentistry, your teeth can be bleached. You can have that perfect set all over again. But the sad part, the bleaching affect is temporary. The bleaching or whitening affect depends on the discoloration of your teeth. Obviously there are home remedies for whitening of your teeth like baking soda but then, tooth whitening is a very delicate process(as it involves gums) and should be left to experts only.
The best you can do to your teeth is to eat the right food and brush them properly. Even then if the condition of your teeth doesn’t improve, then its time for you to visit your doctor or undertake some tooth whitening program. When i say eat properly i mean, eat a balanced diet to provide essential vitamins and minerals to your teeth which will help teeth and gums to grow strong and healthy. Calcium, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D are most essential minerals and vitamins for your teeth.
Tip: It is also wise to note that eating sweet snacks between meals affect teeth more than eating sweet snacks with meals. It is because the increase flow of saliva during mealtime protect your teeth by washing sugar away. Eat snacks without sugar between meals and snacks with sugar during meals.
With brushing teeth properly i mean, brushing your teeth twice a day. Brush your outer and inner surfaces at 45-degree angle. On chewing surfaces, hold the brush flat and brush back and forth.
