My experience is awesome with FiOS’s services and very satisfied with how the services I took was performing well. We used to have Comcast and the service was a total pain in the a**, no need to argue about it. Whenever Internet is disconnected, there’s a need for me to wait until the same subscribers in my neighborhood called to report their issues before Comcast would declare service interruption blah blah. In fact I go on knocking on doors neighbors within our community and asked if they had phone-in Comcast about the service interruption. If they said no, I will have to beg them to kindly call for their frustration so that Comcast will announce interruption or perhaps know what really is going on. If I don’t do that I need to request a service appointment for the next day or two days later. It was really time consuming and should not be the scenario.

The day FiOS was offered here I call them up and, and ordered the Verizon’s service and I’ve never been disappointed. In fact, I ordered the bundles with an inclusion of a camcorder I’ve been wanting to buy. I’m completely amazed with Verizon FiOS Specials .What’s more is that I actually got a lot programs and didn’t dropped any channels that we had with Comcast considering that it was a few bucks cheaper. The image obviously improved a lot-FiOS is 100% digital TV. My family who were upset at me for switching now don’t want to return to Comcast.

I’ve rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes on the customer hotline service for queries, and had only ONE incident of an service interruption in past couple of months comparing to regular outages with Comcast.
